The purple parts are very retro. Congrats.

cryptid01 09-05-07 07:04 PM

Looks nice, other than the fact that it's in the wrong travel setting. ;)

DylanTremblay 09-05-07 07:17 PM

Oooo fancy! Can't wait to see the build up of it.

Yeah, I'll change it over to 5" before I build it up.

Nice jobe dude!

It is, well it is compared to what I am used to. ;)

Frame with shock, seat post clamp, bottle cage bolts, and headset weigh in at 5.97 pounds. I imagine this bike is going to be 24.5 - 25ish pounds by the time it's all said and done.

erhan 09-06-07 07:15 AM

Nice frame!

It's only about 100 grams heavier than my anthem. Very light for a 5" frame.

Do a few squats and leg presses before getting on a beast that heavy.

Nah, I would go with heavy as hell. Maybe you should take that beast up to Whistler.

;)

Whistler wouldn't put a scratch in that thing, he needs to straight huck that thing off a cliff.

LowCel, have your racing buddies excommunicated you from the group or are they accepting it? :D

You know what having a longer travel bike means, right? You need to make your time up on the downhills! Get practicing! (or at least get that built so we can all stare at it for hours on end).
