im buying new. i hate buying used, just because i hate asking all those super annoying quesions. im thinking i might just use jenson, as long as they get those 08 marzocchi's soon. that reminds me, whats better, marzocchi dj's, or rockshox argyles? i want something good for dj, street/urban, trials, but also some light freeride. i was thinking of something like the rockshox pike too, so it can adjust to what im riding.

I've gotten lots of great stuff off eBay over the years. Just keep with sellers who have a 99%+ rating and a decent history of selling.

On Ebay go with the high feedback sellers, buy new as a rule. If used, yeah, ask the detailed annoying questions. I have bough a lot of stuff on Ebay and no problems because I was diligent.
Oh, I got burned once buying a used set of XTR V brakes. They were beat up, mounting bolts replaced/mismatched, missing the washers. Description said complete, etc.. I complained, got my $$ back but not the shipping. Should have asked the questions. The seller was named es1001 or some such, and there was actually a web site up for a while started by a guy who also got burned. es1001 is still selling on Ebay.
