adjustment screw for what

i have a specalized p2cromo andwat is the screw on the forks (left side when your sitting in the bike) it has that rubber cap over it it is an allen key what does it do**********

Maybe it's to attach something that you don't have on the bike? (If this is the disk brake bike, maybe that has to do with the rim-type brakes?) (My bike came with two allen screws where the water bottle holder goes, but no holder).

On some products, not just bikes, you'll have extra screw holes because the same piece is used in multiple arrangements in multiple products, and it's cheaper to make them all alike.

no its in the top of the actual forks i dont know wat its for i hope someone know i have a real big ride 2morrow

I dont see it affecting you ride, you have ridden your bike before, right?
