Isnt it?
Got a new helmet, knee/shin guards tpday, along with with Lock-Ons.
The Helmet is an RJays Missile. Not sure if you guys get RJays gear in America. Ive had some good runs with their motorcycle helmets, and im looking forward to giving my first MTB full face a flogging. The Knee/Shins are Fox System. All pretty low-end stuff, but i was on a budget and lets face it - better than nothing. Id hate to do myself a serious injury. Lock Ons are just Lizard Skin Logo's, because theyre 20 bucks cheaper than Oury's at the shop i was at.

Sorry about the crap photos - i cant actually find the real camera, so theyre cam-phone pics.

Dropping the bike at the shop in the morning for them to throw on an 08 XT Shadow Rear Der.

Gee, i love spending money that isnt mine.

Sure is great. I was hoping to test out the new full-face and shin pads today but looks like I'll be rained out.

Hope you're wearing pants with those knee pads. They're practically worthless with shorts.

Those shin guards don't have a strap for the knee area so it flops around when you have shorts on. I've got a pair, only 20 bucks and my main concern are my shins when I use them so it's no biggie to me though.

yeah. The only reason I could see myself getting pads is for the nasty pedals. I'm still using the stock platforms that was on my Hardrock.

20 bucks? Even in american conversion thats not right.
Must be a different model. Most of the low end Fox stuff looks the same, with subtle differences. But no it doesnt have a knee strap, but ill be putting one on there, just ghetto-sew it on.

My mum's Norco_rider

Oh Dminor - i prpbably will, which is why i got it haha
