Best leg armor?

Obvious I'm in the need of some leg armor, price isn't really an object here. Protection and comfort are important to me. My foot slipped off the pedal while landing from a wheelie drop, the pedal spun around and slammed the hell out of my shin... lots of pain, and might have twisted my knee. So any suggestions for protection?

I would suggest a full coverage one like this

https://www.supergo.com/itemdisplay.a...pany=SixSixOne

Yes they look bulky but once broken in they protect really well and are comfortable
