Very quick fork question

I am trying to compare two bikes and the only upgrades between them are a $20 rear derailleur upgrade and the front fork. The upgraded bike is $100 more

Is this an $80 upgrade? What is the difference between them?

vs

"RockShox Tora 302 Solo Air w/positive air pressure, rebound, TurnKey lockout, 100mm travel"

Air will be lighter, and imo easier to get dialed in for your weight. If you are particular about those things then I think it'd be worth it.
