Bianchi Alante

I just bought this awesome bianchi alante off craigslist for $50. i was just wondering if anyone had some info about this bike (year/ original price. etc)

nope i love it the way it is. do you think this is a good bike for the winter? all my other bikes are road bikes and i was having a hard time trying to ride on the ice/snow so thats why i got this bike.
