If you had anymore anodized purple in one area you could collapse into a black hole.

There was a Zinn mountain bike in the shop today. Nothing special, right? Wrong.

First off it was a Zinn, secondly, the seat was literally up to my shoulder, and I'm 5'9". This guy was 6'11"

Video of my winder substitute for biking (though given my limited skiing skills, it is a very weak substitute).

My new wheelset.

Alex DM24 rims laced to Deore hubs.

These wheels will be getting the 2.35 Hansventures, a 180mm front rotor, and going on the HT. The current wheels on the HT will get the rotors shown in the pictures, my Nevelgals, and go on the NRS.

Change of plans: Realised that the current rims on the HT are actually fatter than the new ones, so it gets to keep its wheels. NRS is getting the new set, as well as a new SLX derailleur tomorrow afternoon.

I really hate all of you guys that live up north already! I put in a ride yesterday morning and it was 90 degrees by about 10am with high humidity. I'm about to head out again today and I am not looking forward to this heat. Time to man up and get ready to ride in gear over this hot ass Texas summer.

Ride today was horrid! Went to a new trail and it was all sand and large loose rocks and you had to climb most of the 7 miles of trail, not to mention there were very few trees and it was 100 and sunny. Needless to say I prefer going down much more than going up!

Dannihilator, I am dealing with it since I am still riding but I want to ***** and moan about it. I need to get up north where its not hot for so long.

I know where you're coming from, I wish that it would be 20 degrees cooler atm.

I hear you. Nac.'s no better right now. I'm thinking of moving my group rides to 6:30am.

Pacific Northwest weather is perfect for riding in my opinion...not too warm...not too hot

I went riding this past weekend, slight drizzle...but still warm enough to go in t-shirt and shorts

But the main problem is this time of year, the snow is so wet that you can't ride through it. Plus the ground is thawed so combined with the heavy, wet snow, the trails really got torn up if you can actually ride them.

So basically, I would rather deal with the heat than not be able to ride all.

Well, let's just say that Silver Mountain's gondola starts running June 19. Schweitzer opens on the 25th. Plus, shuttling on Mt. Spokane should be do-able any day now. There's lots of stuff you haven't ridden yet.

I got my college schedule for my FIRST semester...
next semester I have to squeeze an english, Stats 211, pre nursing, and anatomy in.

General Biology - BIOL 102 - 001
Survey of Chemistry - CHEM 111 - 005
Survey of Chemistry - CHEM 111 - 006
Introduction to Psychology - PSYC 101 - 017
Introduction to Anthropology - SOCA 105 - 002
Orin:First-Year Experience - UNIV 101 - 455
Leadership Laboratory - USAF 100 - 001
Foundations of US Air Force 1 - USAF 131 – 00

17 hours.

Not exactly an awesome easy first welcome to college semester eh?

Ah... nursing Pre-Requisites are just awesome.
Even through all this, it doesn't guarantee I will get into nursing. Sort of heart breaking lol
