Excellent parts spec. I'm surprised at the 24.9# weight, especially with the Marzocchi. Where are the weight savings? Good on ya, though.

junkyard 03-23-08 06:38 AM

I rerouted the tracking number to my place. Thanks!

Nope, it'll be going on a Canfield Can Diggle. The Trek is staying pretty much stock.

The 24.9# is just for the parts listed. That doesn't include quite a few parts. I'm shooting for around 37# which is not bad for 8" in the rear and 7" up front.

Dannihilator 03-23-08 08:27 PM

nice.

El Julioso 03-23-08 08:42 PM

That's a sweet ride. I have a Thomson Elite post as well, great piece of kit. Just be careful not to tighten the adjusting bolts against each other too hard, n00bs do that and strip them out all the time. (no I didn't do it)

full frontal 03-23-08 09:38 PM

Awesome!!! Tracking numbers for boxes of bikes parts are so inspiring! It's almost as good as actually riding a bike! Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parts will be here tomorrow, then the frame should be coming in a little over 2 weeks. Will be a killer waiting for it, but I'll have the tracking numbers!
