Bottom Bracket/Crank Bolt Size

Hi there. I am rebuilding my wife's mountain bike and I cannot get the bottom bracket out. I already got the retainer ring off the non-drive side and I know that the drive side turns clockwise for removal, but it is really stuck. I don't have a vice to put the tool into to turn the frame either. My biggest issue is that I cannot get the tool to stay in place. Her current bb is not hollow, so I can't use the qr from a wheel to hold it in place.

I would like to bolt the Park tool onto the bb with a longer bolt. The crank bolt does not reach. My question is whether this is a standard sized bolt (diameter) and thread? I have gone through my boxes of spare bolts and nothing fits, so I am going to have to go out and buy one.

Thanks in advance
