Well, I called Jenson and told them about the alignment issue with the Komodo. I sent them pictures as per their instructions. Within an hour, I had a new frame on the way with instructions to cut the head tube or dropouts off this one to use as wall decor.

They said that after looking at the pic's, they wouldn't sell it to anyone else. (this is good)

I have always gotten 100% top notch customer service from these guys.

Define "terrible". I have shipped stuff to Australia and for single items (stem, cassette, seat post) shipping rarely surpasses $10. I suppose if volume and weight started going up this would get more expensive.

What shipping companies are they using in their quotes to you?

Either UPS or USPS. What's the difference?
We're talking 50/60 odd USD for a dérailleur, shifter and set of shin guards.

But shipping doesn't change significantly when you add additional items...at least it doesn't for Canada. We usually get several people together and put in a larger order. So with the costs spread out over several people, you don't end up paying too much for shipping. And Jenson shipping to Canada is awesome...usually get it within 2 days and all brokerage and fees are included within the shipping price.

Thats what we do, we use Chain Reaction Cycles. Free shipping i think on orders over 600. Theres usually "Who's doing a CRC order?" thread or 5 going around on local forums at any given time...
