Fisher Kaitai?

I am looking for a all around bike specifically something that will spend some time on the road, quite a bit of time on bike patch/ dirt roads, and a little time on light trails (nothing major) Anybody have a opinion on this bike? Any other recommendations?

I had a Kaitai and road it everywhere; great bike for all around riding. In fact the guy that I bought it off had it because he got 3 dui's and they took his driver's license, and he commuted with it. The only reason I sold it was because I needed a smaller frame. I miss that bike. I only rode it for a year, but we had a great year together :-)
