I'm considering getting a used heckler frame. Looks almost new. What would be a fair price to offer? Also, I'm 5'11", is a medium going to fit me?

Medium should work fine for you at 5'-11"; $350 would be a fair offer.

Not true.

According to Santa Cruz's site, 5'10" ends the mediums and 5'11" starts the larges. But thats the 08's.

Good catch. I saw that too. Guess I'll just wait to try it out. Was wondering if that one inch made a difference.

You're one of those 'one the cusp' sizes; so the way you ride will be a determiner. I suppose my recommendation toward medium was thinking along the more aggressive, middle-of-the-cockpit style of riding.
