this 2000 Rock Shox Judy worth $85?

Ok, I'm cheap. Now that we have that out of the way, I'm looking into buying this Rock Shox Judy fork since the one on my bike isn't worth keeping at all, but is this a value at $85 plus the Aheadset headset? Pics are small, had to keep em under 100kb each. Since REI is having an anniversary sale, I can get a Rock Shox Dart 2 shipped to their store for $95, but then there's also the matter of buying a new headset. Please help me uncomplicate things.

$85 is pretty steep for an eight year old OEM hydracoil judy, even if it comes with a $18 headset.

I wouldn't pay that much for an older fork. The Judy probably needs or will need a rebuild, and that isn't cheap. I would estimate the Judy's value at $10. I'd recommend the new fork and an inexpensive headset. I've used some inexpensive Cane Creek headsets and have had very good luck with them.

Well the consensus is in, and I totally agree with you guys. Thanks for helping me make the wise choice, now that I look at it, the answer was pretty obvious.

Thanks,
d
