Is Everyone alright?

Is everyone ok from the recent storm that hit the south east?
I know they hit very very hard here, and I know 22 people have been confirmed dead from the storms.

I am shaken up and sad to announce that one of my friends, Wrecked his car.
He was coming home from Atlanta from visiting his mom for mothers day. His car hydroplaned around a bend and his car rolled over, flipped into on coming traffic, and was smashed in the passenger side. Splitting his Skull.
Last I heard was the MRI reported no brain activity. His parents pulled the life support plug on him.
I've heard mixed stories. One of my friends who was at the hospital said he is gone. While the school said he is in bad condition, but still alive without life support.
Seems unlikely.

I hope everyone is ok. Good Luck.

There is major damage around here, my town was able to escape a lot of the tornadoes, but the towns 30 mins away got hammerd. We had major, major winds. (our town is notorious for escaping bad weather. people joke around and say the airforce base gives us protection)
Many of our trails are badly damaged and un-rideable.

Once again, Good luck everyone.

Thats good to hear. We had some major wind. Luckily my housing area is somewhat sheltered. My one friends house got hit pretty good. Blew the trampoline against the house into pieces, and then the wind blew apart their wooden fence, to pieces.

I woke up in the middle of the storm, sounded like a dang frieght train and a jet plane next to my window.
we didnt even get a tornado, i cant imagine those that did.
Some of the schools are leveled, in neighboring towns. and one of the malls in Macon is gone.

Had some tornados around in the local area, but I don't think there were any injuries reported...

Sorry about your friend...I guess we can still hope for a miracle or something...

The storm was pretty nasty. I turned on the news and someone's house had literally blown up after being hit by lightning. I don't think anyone was hurt.

Thank you all.
He wasnt able to be saved.
He passed away yesterday evening.
May he be in a better place.

Im glad no one else is hurt and property is not seriously damaged.
Good news is, One of our trails is back to rideable conditions, just eroded away a bit.

Man, Found out today while I was out riding at Thomson (THANK GOD that trail is still rideable, it had minimal damage, a few trees were down, its all cleared.) The trail I raced at, Arrowhead, is in unrideable condition and the trail is in shambles. I was told almost 70% of the trees are down. The state might not let us back in there to fix it.

AHHHHH
Been a bad week.
