29in steel mountain bike?

After assessing my needs for an all-purpose bike, I've decided 29 in wheel steel framed mountain bike would be what I want. I want to compare all of the bikes that fit this category, but am not being very successful at finding these bikes. If you know of any bikes that fit this category, please post. I think this type of bike will fit perfect for my all-purpose needs in commuting, off-roading, road riding, light touring, camping trips, all-day trips, joy-ride.

My roommate just bought a Ferrous. The paint job is very nice. And I didn't know it until I saw it, but it has an eccentric bottom bracket as well. Nice for a future SS conversion.

My new frame came in today. Redline Monocog Flight 29er. Don't know how it rides yet, but it looks like it'll be sweet.
