N.O. Xplode

I was just wondering if anyone here uses N.O. Xplode while riding. I was thinking about trying it myself but most people that i talk to that has tried it says that leads to an uncomfortable ride.

I used to use for weightlifting but haent in a while. Its a transport that helpdes deliver pump to the muscles. Its mainly geared towards bodybuilders, never even thought of using it for cycling. Give it a shot, tell us what happens. If you drink a ton of water during the ingestion, it might dillute it too much.

I've been using and selling this and other NO products for 2 and a half years. A few things you'll want to know before you spend the money on it...one, about half an hour after taking it, be close to a bathroom. If I had to guess, that's what your buddies meant by an 'uncomfortable ride'. If you have any sensitivity to stimulants, stay away from it. All NO products are meant to get you amped up before a workout, increase vascularity and help you get in that last set and last fail rep. Honestly, I don't recomend taking this before a ride. I like it when I piggy back a ride with a normal weight training workout, but not for the ride exclusively. Even then, as mentioned above you'll want to have a lot of water with you. Now, if you're going to look into an NO product, check out the Gaspari's Superpump. They have 6 or 7 flavors out now, I'm a big fan of the Tropical Punch. The Gaspari products, in my opinion, tastes much better than the BSN stuff. Also formulated by Pheniox Labs, which is cutting edge in the supplement world.
Whatever you decide to go with, do your homework on it. If you have any other questions about this shoot me a PM, what I can't answer, I'll check with my boss who is a supplement guru. Good luck.

Not familiar with N.O. Xplode, but I use N.O. Pump, and I don't need to be near a bathroom at any particular time. The stuff WORKS!! As a vasodilator, I've gotten enough benefit from this to experience 'runaway legs' (almost a no-chain experience), and the thigh pump makes me walk like those pants-saggin' punks, cuz my thighs rub across each other at the end of a 25-minute ride!

That's the closest thing to a negative.

VPX NO-Shotgun is the best i've used. Gives you tons of energy that lasts for hours and makes huge difference when lifting.

All of the N.O. products use L-arginean (sp?) which is an amino acid. Then they add things like caffene and creatine. I am not a big fan of those because I have read study after study saying that they are mostly bogus. I have tired most of them though before lifting and may have felt a little tighter afterwards. I usualy get a "pump" when lifting or riding but thats not always a good thing. AST-SS even says it can be bad because it is blood getting traped in the muscle which means you arn't getting the nutriant filled blood you need

That is what I suspected. I have tried a few things when lifting as well, but really didn't see any true benefit. My opinion, exercise and proper diet are much better ways to treat your body.

Arginine. Also commonly found in peanuts. It increases blood flow to vital organs especially the penis. Why do you think they serve peanuts with beer?

Um, because they are salty and tend to make folks feel thirsty? Meaning you'll order another beer...

Otherwise, stick with a decent diet and get proper protein that way - tastes better, and is cheaper than buying "supplement" stuff.
