Slicker Seat?

I am having troubles with the seat on my new C'dale F5 being to sticky and am wondering how to make it slicker. I have put about 100ish miles on the bike and the seat still is sticky. It doesnt matter what kind of pants im wearing (cycling shorts, cargo pants, baggy mtb shorts, ect). Also Ive tried to take a wet rag to it, but that has had no effect so, any new ideas are welcome (im tired of having to pull my pants up every time I go behind the seat).

Stop masturbating. I'm surprised no one has jumped on this childish opportunity.
