Bear attacks cyclist

We get bear encounters around these parts every year. Usually it's black bears, but grizzlies poke their heads up regularly. If there is a grizzly with cubs in an area, I simply find someplace else to ride.

We get black bears here and there in pa & oh. Since my g/f started riding with me I have her carry mase for the just in case one got aggressive.

That happened about 5 miles from where I live ,,, My Aunt works for Providence hospital where she saw when she came in ,,, she told me that the girl was pretty busted up ,, but tough as hell to be concious and able to keep focused ...

I hear she's recovering well ...

Its scary ,, you have to always be on the lookout ..
