Sizing question for old guy.

What frames have short top tubes and tall head tubes? I need full suspension, but 4 inch would probably do what I want. I have a KHS XC604 and the top tube seems long and the head tube short. I had an old K2 and it fit pretty well after I put on a 45degree stem. On the road bike, I like a 60 cm top tube and the bar about 1 inch below the saddle. I have a 35 inch cycling inseam. Thanks for any ideas.
