Cat walk

I am just starting to bike again after a while without. I am looking for instruction or tips on catwalking and how to do them properly.

I am especially wondering about the bike in the case of catwalks. I saw a really good biker that can catwalk for days... he has his rear break really really loose so he can hold their breaks down while he is catwalking to keep them steady... Is this something that is normally done/required for such a good catwalk? I mean you can easily go for 15 seconds without any breaks but.. is that the secret for long catwalks?

Do you stand or sit?

Only think I know about the Catwalk is that it is a strip club in New Haven, CT.

Catwalks, by definition, are wheelies where you stand instead of sit. It's practice. I'm not sure if it's worth practicing, either.
