Brass

Hello. I was just at 2 Wheels One Planet in Newport Beach, and they had a 2009 Giant Brass 1. It is very comfortable. They said that it is a great bike for dj. Is that true? How is the fork? Thanks in advance!

Since it's an 09, and a lot of shops don't or won't have them in yet...I'm betting a lot of folks haven't seen or ridden one yet.

Look at the geometry and specs for yourself on the Giant website, eh? Then go take it for a test ride and see how it feels.

I already tested it out, and it felt great! But I am worried about the fork and other stuff holding up for dirt jumping. http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/...in/2341/32142/

i know. re-read what i wrote. the bike is new, so you likely aren't going to get a lot of feedback on it yet.

if it felt good and fits your budget, well there you go. what's your budget? as danni said, the stp is a better speced and nicer looking ride, but also spendier.

A bit spendier than the Brass. STP stands for Street/Trail/Park.

Edit - Good thought; link removed - find it yourself. Hint: Look at Freeride
