what are discount codes for paypal? just curious, if it will help save a little money on the fees I'm interested

when you go to check out with PayPal there is a field at the bottom for a "Promo Code." all you do is enter it in and BAM if it is vaild you get something off. they email them to you or send them to your ebay account. i don't get them to very offten, in fact i haven't gotten one in a while. but they are nice when they send them out. the last one i had was for the fall, it's expired now though.
