Hmmmmm. SLX crankset**********?
I was just looking at a pic of the SLX crankset.
From the looks of it, my Blackspire big ring protecter wouldnt fit. Maybe I'm crazy, what do you think? https://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/Cycle/7/Sh...et/5360038112/

But I use my big ring. In fact, I just got back form a road/mud ride that required about 30% of the time in the big ring. Well, I guess I'll try riding around this week only on my two smaller rings. I'll see how that goes.

MRP makes a bash for triple rings. It mounts to the BB like their newer chain guide. I read about it in a magazine the other day. It looks pretty trick.

Still kicking.
Screw the cross bike, get a track bike and get yourself over to Trexlertown sometime during 2009 and let me know ahead of that time.

That MRP bash does look pretty slick if a triple is your thing.
