good grips
Recently bought some of these and wanted to recommend them as I've been suitably impressed
Odi ruffian lock-on - very thin with no annoying ridges or flanges, suitably grippy design and rubber compound, zero flex/squish, don't move when tightened down, just what I want from grips.
long - https://www.odigrips.com/ruffianlock-ongrip130mm.aspx
gripshift - https://www.odigrips.com/ruffianlock-ongrips90mm.aspx
they're grips, they do what they say on the tin, what more do you want
edit: wow, I take some pretty poor photo's

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!

Like the flange on a moto grip - - to be a 'bumper' of sorts and a hand stop (makes sense I suppose with Sunline's moto roots). Of course they had to keep it low-profile with all of small flippy-lever things going on with a bicycle. And, I suppose it wouldn't be very grip-shift-friendly.

one less horse
A new thread espousing their virtues even though they've been around for years and are popular enough to be considered the standard?
And while you're at it, a picture of a Nicolai with a plug for gearboxes would be nice too.

Surprisingly enough, they do work as they should without being obtrusive. But then, I'm not needing to landmark my hands back after bar-spins or no-handers.
