Also what size of frame would be bext for a guy who is 6ft 5?

Not the same. Best way to measure is feet flat on the floor and pull the spine of a book upwards until you can't pull any more. then measure from there to the floor. Best to use two people. You'll find you might be 1 to 1 1/2" off that pants inseam.

the largest size on the malt is a 21 vs the other is a 19.5 both look to be mostly deore i would say go with the best fit
