it really does come natural... more than once when i used my knee suspension to its max, ive found my seat jammed into my bum...ouch.

Try dropping from something big enough where the seat hits your guy and your ass is on the rear wheel...:)

hahahahahahahaa... done that too... but only because i lost my balance and leaned back too far :)

When jumping and hitting some drops, it's a good idea to drop your saddle height a couple of inches. I drop mine down as low as possible. This makes the XC portion more of a pain, but it's sooooo much sweeter during the jumps!

yeah, i definately do that... but i tend to not look and drop it too low, and have my rear suspension bottom out when it hits my seat post :p
