Hydrolic Disc brake sieze over time?

I've been a bad boy and not ridden my mtb for too long. Figure a couple of years. Yea, I know. The bike has been stored inside on a rack. Today I was doing some stuff and tried to spin the rear wheel. The brake was dragging significantly. Curious, I tried the front and discovered the same thing.

What's going on? Do I need to take it to the lbs?

I've been riding -- just doing the road thing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
David

Take to lbs, the brakes need an overhaul.
