Flippers: What would you pay for...

OK, I'm looking at 3 bikes at a nearby pawnshop. They are a Trek Fuel 70 (stock, Deore and Bontrager parts); Gary Fisher Joshua X1 (stock, some XT); Weyless Ultra HT modified (1X9 XTR, carbon-leg AMP fork, Magura Blue rim brakes w/missing front lever & hose, off-brand disc wheelset which doesn't match the brakes). The bikes have been hanging under an outdoor overhang for quite some time getting dripped on by the edge of the roof. Rust and oxidization are setting in. The powdercoat is flaking right off of the Rock Shox Indy on the Joshua and it looks like poo. It is unknown if any of the shocks work.
If you were to buy the lot to fix up and flip, what would you pay? (knowing the Weyless would have to be parted out on eBay)
I opened with an offer of $450 and got them down to $620, but I would never pay more than 5 bills for this motley lot.
Discuss.

You're out of my league. I own 7 bikes right now and paid well under $500 for the lot.

Of those? IMO, unless you just want to for the hell of it, you're not going to get enough out of them to make it much worth your time/money.

Not really. I am by nature a cheapskate and have 2 bikes that came out of the trash, as well as an Ebay Special that I spent a lot of time putting together. That said, there appear to be enough valuable parts in these bikes to come back at more than $500 in resale value. (XTR rear derailleur?) I view it as a business investment to make money while getting to play with bikes. I'm going to wait them out and then go back in a month and see if they're still there. I bet they will be.

Anyone else have an amount they would be willing to pay? I'm curious what you think.

This a reputable pawn shop? Do they have the info on the people who dropped these off?
If they do, 500 seems a great deal.
If not, I wouldn't pay one red cent.

There's no issue w/ the bikes' history, they're clean.

I wouldn't bother. The time it would take to rehab those crusty rides isn't worth it.
