Quasar bikes?

Anyone know anything about Quasar bikes. There is a bike called a Quasar Raptor for sale on craiglist. I'm skeptical because the seller is only asking 50$. I did an exhaustive google search and can't find any info on the manufacturer of this brand of bike.
