Kenda K-Rad for MTB?

What do you think for my Giant Rainier? I saw these on the new Giant STP.
Not much for knobs, but I spend quite a lot of time on the street, too. So
much so, that my Hutchinson Scorpions are nearly bald after 1K miles. And
they can go to 80 PSI, too, which could make them nice when I need to keep
up with my roadie friends. I was leaning towards the 2.3". Thanks for any replies.

a lot of tires are rated up to 80psi

If you're considering the 2.3" you will NOT be keeping up with your roadie friends.

The 2.3 may not clear the rear stays on the Rainier. Check with the shop before you buy!
