1) 2000 Specialized Rockhopper Comp(17 inch) -Manitou Magnum R fork -Ritchey Rock Comp Wheels -Tektro Quartz brakes -Shimano Deore shifters -Shimano Deore Front derailuer, Deore LX rear 2)2001 GT XCR 2000(w/ I Drive) -Marzzochi Bomber Q(Z3) fork -Fox Vanilla Float R rear shock -Mavic wheels -Shimano Deore LX shifters, cranks, and brakes -Shimano XTR RC front derailuer, Deore XT rear Both bikes are in great shape, aside from some small scratches that are nothing out of the ordinary. They both work great mechanically. Thank you for all your help |
What did you pay for them? I should say, how much do you have invested in them?
Bikes depreciate very quickly and you can not be to greedy when selling used rigs. If you are lucky you MAY get 75% of what you paid if they have minimal scraches and are very clean. Other wise you are looking at about 50% or so of what they cost if they are in reasonable shape. |
Bikes depreciate almost as fast as computers. In most cases you should be happy with 50% of original MSRP. (NOTE: original MSRP, not what you Paid for them, get it?)
You might get lucky if you have good quality pictures and a detailed description on eBay. I find items with better pics or better descriptions have a lot more bids. L8R |
