Cannondale Headshock Question

I recently decided to just go ahead and buy a nicer bike and give my boulder se to my girlfriend who has been riding some light trails with me a lot recently and loves it so that was the deciding factor for me. I can get an amazing deal on a cannondale sobe edition bike that is in great shape and only a few years old. The only thing is it has no suspension and I have to have front suspension so I was wondering if the headshock fork would go on there with no problems? For the price its still well worth it even after buying the fork.
