now the bike just looks too small for the guy...

the helmet too big...

MRP was my first thought but look at the mount of the top roller. I think its slick as hell.

Kona makes (made?) a similar top roller that was OE on the old Cowan HT and the Howler.

Could be the camera lens, or the "long" pants that's making it look out of proportion. Imagine him wearing baggy shorts, it'll come right! That's a 4-cross bike (not XC, not DH), so the frames are meant to be on the "smallish" side of things. Low top tube makes it look smaller still, but it's probably a medium... just a guess, could be wrong.
