Using bike trailer with full suspension

Am I going to run into any issues with occasionally pulling a child trailer attached to the back of a Haro Sonix frame? I wasn't sure if the drag from the trailer would have a negative affect on the suspension pivots.

I pull my B.O.B. Trailer behind my FS Fisher Hifi all the time on trial days without a problem. Typically I have tools and such on there.
