Does anyone..

.. use Maxima chain wax on their chain?

Personally, no. I've been using citrus chainbrite and prolink chainlube with great results.

You can find like two reviews on it here:

We use t9 boesheild at the shop.
Penetrates the metal, knocks the crud off and lubricates.

+1. Exactly the same here. Works great. I use a FinishLine cleaner machine.

Leave the wax to road bikes.

i like the t9 stuff for the mtb.. works great ... i use something called white lightning clean ride on my road bike as it was on clearance. it works ok I guess.. still black gunk coming of the chain, and I don't see that changing... I use simple green and a finish line machine to clean the chain, but still greasy.

I was wondering about it. A friend of mine uses it thinned out with mineral spirits, applies it to the chain with a dropper bottle. He swears by it.
Myself, I use a mineral spirit motor oil concoction for road and Prolink for off road.
