Picked up a Cannondale F5
Got one at the LBS this weekend. For an entry-mid level hard tail I am loving it. Solid frame and not the worst components I have ever seen. Plans for upgrades include new pedals immediately, then shifters a little down the line. when I bust my dart 3 fork, or save up some money again, I'll be looking at fox forks. love being back in the dirt again.

Leave the shifters, change pedals (the ones that came on mine were beyond bad), save up to replace your fork when it goes dead. Or just leave everything the way it is, its a good bike.

yeah pedals are going tonight. it still feels weird to me coming from a fixed gear road bike to be able to free wheel again.

Nice, I really wish I could have waited another year so I could have gotten a bike with 6 bolt hubs and better brakes.
