Handlebar stem question

I'm pretty new in all this stuff... I bought my bike recently and what I noticed is that my handlebar is pretty low. First day I drove my bike I felt strong hurt in my back. I'm 200cm tall with pretty long legs, btw. and my bike is by manufacturer's specification 22" size. I don't have more detailed specs.

First I needed to make it a little bit longer so I replaced the original 100mm(10degres) stem with 130mm (10degres) one. I also have slightly curved handlebar so I also rotated it slightly and now the handles are in the top most position (earlier handlebar was a little bit rotated towards me.). I must admit that after just this slight rotation of handlebar my back pain is now much weaker. But still I'd like to add some comfort to my riding.

What I'm interested in is for you to tell me is it possible to find 150mm handlebar stem with some bigger angle? I think that I would be ok with let's say 150mm stem with +30-35 degrees. Does something like this even exists somewhere, and if it does can someone give me some URL of the manufacturer or a web shop where this can be bought, because I googled it and found nothing.

My other option is to go with some stem riser, but I think that longer stem would actually be better solution, don't you think???

I'm also posting some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

Yes, go to your LBS and they will have catalogues with a variety of stems. They may even have one in stock. Yours looks as though it can be inverted. Have you tried that? There may also be a shim in it to change the angle.

Mine can be inverted, yes... But it's already set at +10 degrees, so that's it when it comes to my existing stem.

and btw. this was the longest stem they had in my LBS.
