I agree...I've gotten called out alot lately for "being playful"...butthurt people get offended a little too easily, instead of throwin it back at me for a hoot.

It's like all people care about around here is bike crap. I'm due for some action.

The "avatar drama" was the most fun I've had here in a long time. I won't do it to anyone that can't do the same back to me, so D was a good target.

Yeah, it was a lot of good fun many moons ago. Now it seems all that is happening is "what entry level bike should I buy". I even miss KillerB,MikeDansey, and Jason222.Pcad is the most fun guy around right now and he's a frickin' roadie.......gosh!

Oh come on Ed, all that is important are bikes.... Duh..... Remember, the internet is so very important, as well as our image while on it.... And yeah, pansies, panties all bunched up and ****.

I love it when people get all bent up about a joke. Its like high school all over again. Its great. Especially when they can give it, but not take it back.

I like the new Bike Forums better: "What bike should I buy for under $500?", "How do I install disc BREAKS on my X year old bike", "need a set of slicks for my MTB".

Hmmmmmm, I didn't ride today but I did get in a morning run, then hike several miles with my girls(Sara and Lucy) to do some fishing this afternoon.I get plenty of riding in, that has nothing to do with BF getting lame.

Funny.... Do you remember all the e races that never happened. Phred would jump up and crow ,then Killer would always have a reason not to ride(even though he was local around here).Who was the guy from Knoxville that would always brag about how he could beat anyone on his rigid SS??????

I will be back to add to the mayhem . . . errrrr . . . merriment in a week or so. In Breckenridge right now and looking for a break between rainstorms to get out and do a little riding.

Early season in a high-mountain ski area kinda sucks - - lifts aren't running yet, so had to leave the big bike home. Snow covers the high trails still but local info shows promise of much to ride lower down. Will report later.

Good to have you back in the posting mix, anyway, 66.

The Flumes upper and lower should be open and rideable by now I would think. That was some pretty decent ridding by my standards (which are fairly low being from KS).

I agree with this thread.

Jason? Okay now you've really lost it.

Don't forget Ric0h....

Oh and the LBD thread. Yeah that was HILL-LAR-REE-USSS!!

Or that thread of the wind chime you made.....that was another one with Hammy and Pheard going back and forth ala 'hillbillies'. OMG!!!!!!!! Those are the times that kept me on here.

But now, because all that is gone, I've turned roadie....*sigh*

Seems like that things slowed down since Pete stopped posting...he definitely kept things interesting and entertaining.

Now I'd rather just ride...btw, when are you guys coming up? We're moved in and we've started some trails on the property. Plus we're only 15 minutes from some of the best shuttling in the area.

I will explore more adventurous maybe on Wednesday. I did find the Burro Trail today and rode up it to where it intersected another and kept climbing. Lotsa rocks, some snow, good fun - - mind you, climbing on a 40# bike at this altitude is no picnic. But it's worth it on the way back down.

If that isn't a thiny disguised ploy for free labor, I'll put in with ya . Let's make it a PNW trailbuilding tour. I need my 4X track built and the XC trail in my creek bottoms finished.
