Which Fork with which Frame?
I'm currently in a dilemma of changing my suspension forks. I don't know which forks are appropriate. Is there a hard and fast rule which I should stick to when choosing a new fork? What are the measurements I should look out for?
Thank you!
Thank you!

It will be helpful to give us more info about what you currently have, what kind of riding you (want to) do, etc. Photos are good, too.

Hard and fast rules:
- Don’t get a fork with a shorter axle-to-crown measurement than what came off it.
- Don't be tempted by that 'killer deal' fork with a steer tube that's a bit short. You will spend way too much time and money hunting down a low-stack headset, a low-stack stem and other sundries . . . and then it still won't be quite enough and you will sell it on eBay.
- Don’t buy a used fork with:
- Dirty spurge all over the stanchions
- A cantilever brake hanger on the arch
- Missing adjuster knobs
- A price too good to be true
- Don’t put a dual crown fork on a cross country hardtail
- - unless you plan a photo shoot for PinkBike.

I'm actually riding a Bianchi Mutt 7400. I believe most of the parts have been changed, hence I really don't know what originally came with it as I bought it used. Some people have commented that the angles don't look too right, but can't really pinpoint a finger on what. I believe my fork (Suntour Raidon) can go 80/100/120mm, does this mean that I can grab forks that can do a 120mm travel?
I'm planning to do quite a bit of XC, trail isn't a long route, just tons of rocks everywhere.
I hope the photos help tell whether the geometry is correct as it is now.
I'm planning to install the Fox F100 or 32/36 TALAS. Will these fit? What are my other Fox options? I'm quite confused about what type of Forks I can fit on. So far what I've mostly heard is that a fork with a travel of 100mm would probably be the only safe bet for all hardtails. However I've seen a Fox Float on a hardtail too.

A bit off-topic, but what's up with those white-walls? Where did you find them? Who makes them?
Edit: BTW you need 100mm travel fork.

By white walls, are you referring to those on the tyre? Those came like that on the Kenda tyres.
Will a TALAS with its suspension adjusted to 100mm work? Would I have to change the hub? How do you tell its for a 100mm travel?
