Expensive jewelry is what the half-link chain is about. Heavy. Unnecessary. Looks really cool, though.

There's nothing wrong with a 6:00 closing time as the sign is non-specific as to when the park opens again. I'd just assume it opens at 6:01.

Well it's far from a XC bike so I don't think I would even take it on single track to be honest unless you can raise the seat up to the proper hight??

Being that I work about 5 minutes from were they hold the BMX Grands I'd love to have it for that for dam sure.

Why not? I take my 24" on singletrack every so often to switch it up.

I'd say that's proper height for a SS When the Crapper was SS, I never sat down...why have tall saddle height to get in the way of a "proper" bunnyhop when you don't sit'n'spin on the hills...and you stand and shred the DH?

(you know I'm only 1/2 serious I hope RICO)

Point is...who are we to say what's proper about someone elses ride when we don't know their style and "g"uad size? Heck man, Dan could be a long-armed dwarf for all you know

+1 on the BMX grands thingy...what say you post a pic of that track, hmmm? I love that kinda crap!

I guess coming from someone that might go out for a 3 hour ride, sitting is VERY important but I guess if your going out for a 20 minute ride it might not be that big of a deal.

Chelboed do a search on youtube for E P Tom Sawyer park/bmx grands and you'll see some very kick azz videos from the place.

Yeah...true. Mine was about an hour standing. 3hrs would def. be pushing it for that kinda nonsense.

Who was that woman who won some huge race after doing 50 some odd miles with a broken seatpost - standing up?
