Southern California Trails

Hey guys,
I'm looking for some good trails in SoCal that aren't so hilly I can't handle them on a single speed bike. I'm from VA and I used to have lovely single track flatland trails in my backyard. I just moved to LA and I'm looking for something similar here within about 1 hour of the San Fernando Valley where I live. ANy suggestions?
