91 degrees out and suffering through a case of Stomach Flu, What did I do?

Went out for a long ride. Hit up echo hill and just did laps. Echo hill is basically a 6 mile loop depending on which route is taken. Did 6 laps around the long route in the heat and with the bug. The last 3 laps and the other 5 mile loop that I did for the heck of it I was really suffering through. Almost thought about calling to get a ride back, but was only two miles away from home, so I carried on. Got back and proceeded to take a 1 hour nap.

I hear ya.this heat has been giving me the squirts and Ive been getting dehydrated due to it.atfirst I thought it was the flu but it aint.its hard to do any stuff like that when its hot hot and a person is under the weather.it just goes to show that its not a like to ride its a love or you'd have stayed home
