best ds frame under $650?

I have a 07 rockhopper and I outgrew it and got a motobecane fantom comp and am pleased with performance in relation to the cost. So I was thinking... I thought it would be a fun summer project to disassemble my rockhopper and transfer the components to a new frame. I cut grass to fund my biking so budget is rather low. I was looking at the Jamis parker 1.0 and thought it was cool because it can be used for more than xc since I LOVE drops and am rather adventerous and never know whats comming next. the price is very fair too. I also saw these and the first one is cool because its pretty cheap and the second is cool because the tora 302 blows away the dart and with the fork and headset already in, I wont have to have my lbs do that for me. I also found this but it looks over kill since I will mostly be doing xc. this is a little over budget and doesnt look any better than the parker but that is why im asking you guys. and are right on budget and have better components than my rockhopper but then the building fun is gone and no rear shock lockout but idk if thats important. FEEL FREE TO SKIP EVERYTHING WRITTEN AND JUST POST SOMETHING GOOD FOR $650 OR UNDER!!!!!
