Ride Report/Rant
Today I rode the mine falls trails in Nashua, NH. Some fun stuff there. Couple of trick singletrack. GREAT views and some VERY fast trails. A few small drops.
BRACES SUCK. I just got the tops on today, so I was riding along and i go to bite the end of the camelback hose to replenish my fluids and my whole jaw stings with pain. I pretty much started to cry. (Maybe i'm a *****) but the tylenol had worn off and I just bite down very hard. (Its a new end thing and the rubber was stiff) I almost fell off my bike because of the blinding pain. I had to sit down for 5 minutes and then I *****ed for the rest of the ride.

Still kicking.
You think braces are bad, you will absolutely hate having your wisdom teeth removed.

I remember the day. braces are SOOOO much better than when I was a teen. that is a bummer about the pain. about once a month do you get them adjusted? I dont mind dentists but orthodontists are the pits!

I know the feeling you mean. I got mine on my birthday. Got them removed on my birthday two years later. This has been 10 years ago (close enough), but the initial pain is still a vivid memory.

Yeah I get them tightened once a month. It sucks. I still can't chew anything two days later.
