new bike first trail ride

I have been looking for about 3 weeks today I bought a gary fisher rig. Then I went for my first real
trail ride 2 mi round trip from house to trail then 15 mi on the trail.I have owned mtb's before but just
goofed around on them no real trail rides, The ride was great I just need to work on my skills (alot)
small steep hills intimidate me so I fell over on one and walked a couple after that.I need to work on momentum.
