estimate frame size from pic? (crappy pic!)

Can someone tell me their close estimate as to what frame size this bike is? im interested in the red bike in the background.




i know its a crapshoot, but thought there might be someone here with a keen eye!

I can tell you that it appears to be a '99 Norco Sasquatch. Since it's steel, judging by how far apart the top tube and downtube appear to be at the head tube, my best guess would be the 18" or possibly the 20"? That's all the better I can do for you.
