Riding in the San Jacinto mountains

I've never posted in Mountain Bike section before, don't know why, just haven't. Sat. Apl 10th my family and I are going to SoCal for a week (business and family stuff) so I'm bringing my mtb and will be single tracking and treating my bike like a roadie!
I ride a Team Scalpel and just bought a new CamelBac so I am going to put in some serious miles, on and off road! It's been so cold this Winter in Reno, I'm looking forward to overheating! One ride will be Hemet to Idyllwild, all dirt.
Thanks for reading.

While you're up there..try riding up Thomas Mountain and down the Ramona Trail...awesome singletrack nestled in forest, rocky switchbacks and rock gardens! You'll come back with a huge **** eatin' grin!!!
