The one I put on my bike today was a pain and a half. Sure, it bolted on quickly, and got the cable ran through. Then came the getting it to shift part of the ordeal. It took me almost a frikken hour to get it to work properly.

Walk in the park. Try E-types. Satan himself forges all E-types deep in the bowels of hell and sends them forth to torment bike mechanics.

You're the one to talk, Singlespeedster, you don't even use derailleurs.

I've actually come to an understanding of the front derailleur. It took some time but its pretty simple once you figure out how it works.

I hate middle deraileurs. Especially when setting up a 3 ring. I understand it...it just doesn't comply with how I think it should work....

simple fix for me is to buy grip shift
