Jackrabbit Mountain bike trail in NC
 

For anyone near or visiting SW NC or NE GA you should check this out. About 15 miles of stacked-loop singletrack, machine built and designed for MTBing (hikers also allowed, but you won't encounter too many). Rode it for the first time last week, an absolute blast, something for all skill levels. According to some veteran MTBers I talked to who know the region it's evidently one of the best in the southeast, worth going out of your way for. Google the thread title for info/directions.
